Workshop funds will permit partial support of some scientists who are in need of financial support. It may also be possible to provide partial support grants to some additional participants from developing countries, in need of support, and whose contributions have been selected for presentation.

| Due to budget constraints, absolutely no reimbursement will be considered for anyone coming to the workshop without such a grant letter. |
